 Having a shelter to live is everyone’s need. Every living being finds shelter. No matter it’s a bird, any animal or it is we the human beings. Shelter is one of our prime needs. But I would say that humans need shelter more than anybody else. Because apparently we have more society influence in our lives than anyone else. No matter it is shelter or food or anything else we always consider that will it help us maintaining our social class. And that is why whatever we spend we want to spend on valuable commodities. And having a beautiful shelter is the most sensitive among all. That is why when it comes to buy or rent a property we get confused that whether we should rent a Real estate or we should buy it? Well, personally I think that for all the status conscious, socially influenced people renting is a better option. Why? Here are the reasons.

The first reason of renting a Real estate is that you can get a better and fancy living overall.
